the earth devourers skin
with serpentine teeth
as cold rain is pouring
and souls are sowing
empyreal seeds
with false and harmful presumptions
unsilent suffer.
breeding illusions.
but hearts are adamantly restless
in a rising tempest
when glaring streams reveal
the mother of all suns
inner peace unfolds
and doves are singing
of bright mountain gold
a river of starched eternity
enlightens mentality
and sprouting violets extinguish
the fire of life's heresy

Construct is a more chaotic sequel to Archivist that continues the original and epic scifi story with a really interesting shift in the arc. The cover art shows the progression elegantly. This entire discography is a must have.

This one really goes deep. Tremendously heavy and bleak, yet crushingly groovy as well. You can easily see these guys destroying any venue they'd hit live with this. The heavy hitting slow to mid-tempo tunes are sort of tranceinducing. It's very easy to listen to it multiple times in a row or even get lost in it totally. mourner

Hearing the songs while reading the narrative behind the lyrics, I felt overwhelmed by this tragic story in which humans and artificial intelligence couldn't coexist side by side. Their reciprocal annihilation was inevitable. Except one "sole survivor, in a ship filled with memories. She had become the proof of Earth, proof that life had existed there, a voice for all the species and beauty we once knew". A dystopian concept dressed up in brilliant musicianship! @Slevin, thanks, I owe it to you! Umbra Cornuta
